According to research from the University of New Hampshire, the turnover rate among employees without disabilities is 52%, compared to just 20% among employees with disabilities.

Research supports this advantage. A study from the University of Sheffield found that Deaf individuals often outperform hearing individuals in visual attention and peripheral vision tasks, allowing them to notice subtle movements or anomalies more efficiently.
